We removed the .exe launcher and replaced it with a .bat launcher because some user got a false positive from virus in the launcher. The launcher was just a .bat converted to .exe. Some antivirus detects it as malicious because some people do malicious scripts and convert it to exe.

So... to avoid problems, we removed the .exe launcher, and released a new version without the file.
